My approach integrates somatic nervous-system awareness, attachment-based therapy, and creative processing to help you move from survival mode back into connection. Whether you are navigating trauma, burnout, or life transitions, I offer a soft landing in my Downtown Vancouver office or virtually across BC. Services are provided by me, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), and are covered by most extended health plans.
