Relational & Attachment Counselling

Many of our struggles in relationships can be traced back to early experiences of connection, safety, belonging, and attachment. If you find yourself caught in recurring patterns of conflict, emotional withdrawal, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting others, or challenges with boundaries, attachment-focused therapy can help. Through a relational and trauma-informed approach, we explore the protective patterns that emerge in relationships and the unmet needs that often lie beneath them. Together, we work toward developing more secure relationships, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger connection with yourself and others.
