I offer ADHD counselling and neurodivergent-affirming therapy in Vancouver and across British Columbia that honours your unique strengths, challenges, and ways of processing the world. Together, we explore strategies that support regulation, self-understanding, executive functioning, and self-compassion without trying to change who you are.
